Appears gearing is stripped from overuse on bother my left and right swing window

1980s window

Please see attached regulator pictures and the window part number. I'm trying to identify the correct coil regulator thing to order. The number "10" is stamped on the coil.

I can't find any identifying numbers on the latch itself. The second picture is a sticker that was on the side of the upper half of the window.

This is the part on another window of mine that is broken. The broken window no longer stays up by itself.

Best I can do is the enclosed picture. We have 2 the size of the one in the picture-that are opposite closures (approximately 33 1/2 inches. We have a total of 5 windows but I can't open any but the one above. The arm on the one above is approximately 10" on the part that says EntryGard TRUTHThe sm ... (cont.)

When we try and close the window the inner mechanics come out as well. It seems like the large screw is not secure.
