Hi, The lever (in the up, unlocked position in the photos) has lost its tension. The door is still lockable but I think the mechanism needs replacing before it completely fails. Can you direct me to its replacement parts?Thank you, Sam

I do not know the manufacturer of the windows. They are double hung but do not tilt out. The Channels are 1/2" Wide and 22" Long (metal only). The spring is 12-1/4" long. The cords are 6" long and there are two pulleys at the top and bottom. The stamp on the channel in 2140. I tried to match to ... (cont.)

This part sits in frame of window to catch bottom of balance. Its is for 1/2 Balance. Top is 1/2 by 5/8. Approximately 1 1/2 inch long, but the bottom is broken where it screws in frame. The window opens vertically. The window can be removed from the track by retracting the latches on each side. Unfortunately one of the latches is missing so the window can be pushed open from a force on the outside. I need to find a replacement latch. Unfortunately there are no identifiable markings ...
