I am trying to replace an existin Lock and keeper for a vinyl replacement window, approximately 40+ Years old. This handle is over 25 years old. Do you carry something that is comparable. It's screwed in on one side only.

Im not sure if I even have the right name for my missing part. But im missing the plate that the door closes and locks into on the inside of my sliding door frame. You can see in the second picture and im not sure what part to buy. Any advice or help will be appreciated!

These cranks are for a narrow and tall casement Andersen window. I need to replace 5 of them.

We have no ID numbers on the windows on our new home. Built on 2003 by Heartland Homes in Nebraska, who is now out of business. The screw to get to the broken pivot bar seems to be in the window. I tried to pop off the panel gently but don't want to break anything. How do I get the that screw.
