It looks like the springs on both sides of the window are broken. The channel is 1.25" wide. I didn't get a picture still installed(at our cabin, but could get them later if absolutely needed) The window sash is 28.5" wide. I haven't weighed them, but they are a small bedroom window. I have multiple windows that the balance is staying up while the window is closed or they are hard to open and close. Our home is a manufactured home built in 2004.
