Need new operating mechanism for our Hurd aluminum-clad casement window purchased in 1997. The number on the arm is "07868" with an "L". From the inside the window opens to the right.

I have first floor 11 - 34x64 windows second floor 7 - 34x58 windows most don't stay up. I took out one balance from a 34x64 window ( photos attached) the plastic tube measured 32 inches and it has a red tip. I want to make sure I get the correct replacement, please help. Hi-- I have 2 windows that should open/close and based on my research, seems like I need to replace the spiral tilt balances + shoes. one window does not open at all as the shoes seem to be broken. multipoint locking mechanism on single patio door has failed. locksmith cannot fix and suggest replacing mechanism. part # 50-92 can the multi point lock mechanism be replaced with a regular lock and what would be the correct part #

Broken parts on tilt sash windows. Mostly the retention clips on top and the rotating pin lock thingy on the bottom.

Looking for replacement lock for JELD-WEN double hung wood window. On bottom of lock has numbers: A-S PA and 9778. The windows are 25 years old. It is 1 5/8" between the centers of the two holes for the screws.
