The Tuscany style Milard windows were installed in 2008. The channel balancers look similar to your series 795 channel balances except at the top they do not have a screw in. Had one balancer fail. It's the block and tackle with the spring kind for Milgard windows that do NOT tilt but just slide up and down. The balancer has a stamp of 26 5 on the 1/2" wide metal channel. I am wanting to confirm before I order, but based on my first and second picture and taking measurements (1-1/4") of my T-lock balance shoe I believe your matching part would be 15-195. Due to th epast corrosion, I would like to order a stainless steel roller assembly with nylon wheel.Also if you notice in the picture, there is a metal piece in that slot which broke off when the wheel was removed.
