This is a sample of the weather strip that is currently on my front door. It is not effective. Air blows through so much, especially with a North West wind, that I can see a billowing of blankets that nail over and around the entire front door. Looking for a replacement balancer for 1960s era anderson double hung balancer. Has E28 9#27 7-85 stamped on it.

The roller image shows the patent numbers and that's all I can see anywhere. The offset appears to be 1/2". The rollers are 0.763 dia and 0.186" thickness and are plastic / nylon? The top roller attachment is all I really need as the imaged one had the roller fall off where the axle is swaged into ... (cont.)

I need replacement wool piles for multiple windows. On cold nights I noticed moisture forming at the point that the windows come together and at the main bottom of the window. I believe this is related to cold air leaking inside and meeting the warm air.

looking to replace both (L and R). hand crank attaches to base o window with 2 screws 3 1/8" center to center. total width 4". Arm that attaches to window measures 5 7/16" end to end.
