Sliding window latch needs replacing

Looking for these block and tackle sash balances.

This is from a sliding door. I don't know the manufacturer. File 0013 is my attempt to read some of the characters stamped into the assembly as pictured in file 0014. From 0008, I think the length is just under 3". From 0011, I think the roller diameter is 1 1/4.". The other two photos may not ... (cont.)

Hi, The latch on our slider(circa 1980) broke off. I can't find a manufacturer or any numbers on the sliders. The approximate dimensions of the piece are 6.5" L x 1" D x 1.25" W.
