I need to replace

Attached are (4) pictures of my existing tilt window latch on my windows. As you can see mine has no lip around it like yours does. I need the same one but in a flush mount. Yours sits too high on the window. I would have to return the (4) I purchased regardless. Please advise. Tried 26-419 ... (cont.)

Trying to ID and replace

Most of the handles are broken, I have two sliding glass doors and only one of the 4 handles are in tact. The metal rod is missing on all the rest besides the one in the picture. I need suggestions on what to replace this with. Definitely need something that locks although a key doesn't have to be n ... (cont.)

Hello! The gears on my window operator are stripped out and need to be replaced. Can you help me ID which window operator I have? Also, is it possible to only replace just the window operator and reuse the existing covers?

Hello. I have 2 windows and they both don't hold open when I lift them up. They start sliding back down almost immediately. Not sure of the length of channel balance we'll need. Here are the photos.. do I need a 14", 15" or 16"? So confusing . Please help

Gears are stripped. Part has 20810 stamped on an arm on the back, and 30841 stamped on an arm on the front. It does not have te long arm going into a slot on the window.
