Vetter window. Can't close or open using the operator but can when I took out the screws holding the operator in place. The other side is about to go also

I have a broken sping balance for a large double hung window. Brand of window is EcoVue. It is a vinyl replacement window installed in 2009. The spring valance is 24" long, 5/8 "wide & 5/8 "deep.

Papaiz 323 is marked on the lock. please note the inter nob is flush with jam and is 1/2" from center. Typical Replacement from Home Depot extends to far out to side to turn.

Need to verify if this is a 7# balance spring. The marking looks more like a letter L than a 7 the spring appears to be 15/32" wide and the center of the hole spacing is 3/4" I do not see any markings on these windows to indicate manufacturer they are vinyl single hing tilt windows.The spring atta ... I have several of these pivot lock shoes broken on what I believe are anderson windows but can't see the exact duplicate on your pivit lock page. Can you look these pictures over and advise me as to the correct p/n to order from you.

Hi, Im pretty sure my shoe is a "Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe 15-268" , could you please confirm ? My pivot bar is flared and very simular to your Flared Slotted Pivot Bar 26-368. Will the 15-268 match with a flared pivot bar ?

Hi, Please see the attached parts. The with of the housing is 1 1/4" and there is a stamp of 5FD on the actual coils themselves. Any help would be greatley appreciated! Thank you
