I sent pictures separately of my balance, but I noticed that this plastic piece on the top right side of my sash seems to be broken too I have included pictures of the left one in hopes you can find a replacement for me and I can order everything at once. Thanks, Jennifer

I have a broken 4" wide casement operator that has the number 40055 on the bottom. It has an 11" arm measured from the center of the hole to the and of the arm. What is the replacement for this? Can I just get the operator and keep the existing arm? See images attached.

Hello, The only thing it says on my balancer is 27-4, and from what I can tell, these look like a 28" Series 395 balancer and 18-008 Sash guide. Could you confirm the model I need to replace the balancer and sash guide in the attached pics? Thanks, Tim

Hi there I need to replace all of the parts for this bow window. I do not know the window manufacturer. The window lock has no part number on it. The crank mechanism has the numbers 30905 on it and the crank handles have the numbers 40083. I would need two left side of everything and two right side ... (cont.)

The metal one in one of the photos does not fit (the tab will not pop into the square window mortise). I originally had nylon ones and thought the metal one would not break. I did not see precisely similar parts on Swisco's Pella page(s).I need what appears to be the white plastic (perhaps nylon) toothed glide and the double wheeled roller on which the sash rests. If it's needed, the sash glazing measures 29-1/4"x41-1/4". Mike
