Hardware Identification

1/2" Wide, 22-4 , with a tab instead of a hook so it can be screwed into the wood frame.

I'm looking for replacement parts for a window balancer. It has an inverted T-Lock and is 1/2 inch wide and 34 inches long. It has the identifying marks of 34 BSI PR.

Part that slides to fold down window

I need a balance and shoe to replace this one which is broken. It is a 27C the balance is 28 inches long and it is a tilt window. I am sending you two pictures so you can see the other end thank you

I have a customer that has new Harvey windows. They have 36" channel balances in them (single hung double mulled window). The windows open extremely easy but she cannot close them (she is elderly and 90 lbs). Number on channel is 3550, what's the next step down from the current?

See attached photos. Lock has stopped working. Inside door handle broken. Could replace all parts in pictures.

I am just needing to Know that the top and bottom rollers are for the screen door. They appear to be exactly the same. They wheels are all either cracked up or completely gone and won't stay on the track anymore. Thank you!

There is no number or identification on the crank

I have 4 springs I need to replace. I think the balance spring looks closest to S795, except it has a hook at the top instead of a screw clip.To describe it more fully: The metal channel is stamped 27C, then a sideways B.S.I., then something that looks sort of like the letter P, only the verticle ... Need help finding the correct strength number for an impact sash. This sash takes two channel balances on each side, attached is 1 out of the 4.

I think I see this part there, but I figure it'd be best to check with you first. Just to be sure. Man, I gotta tell you, it sure wasn't anywhere near as easy as Mike makes it look. Getting it out of the frame, I mean. But, boy, am I thrilled to find, thanks to you, this turns out to be yet another ... (cont.)

The lock will not engage. Need replacement part I assume or new handle? The door was installed in 2011. Thanks for your assistance,

I have old Andersen casement windows. There are two, one on each side of a picture window. The one on the left when looking from inside the house has a stripped handle spindle. The attached pictures are of the mechanism on the right when looking out from inside the house.
