Not too tech savy, but need replacement for sears 17656 storm door latch. Google it and you see picture. Thank you.

Looking at 90-213 I see the keeper has 3 screws instead of the 2 used in my old hardware. Do you think I can use the old keeper with the 213 latch?

I have 20 Alenco windows that look like they have the same Channel Balance that you have in your video. Half of them are broken, both sides. I would like to replace them in all 20 windows. My home is was built in 1998. Do the Alenco windows use your Channel balances? Thanks, Bob

The locking mechanism is faulty. When you move the lever, the latch sometimes moves and sometimes does not. Using WD-40 on the part did not fix the problem and made it worse. The house was built in 1987. Can you provide a replacement part?

What is the diameter of the concave roller?

There are no visible markings, letters or numbers on any of the windows. The only way to see what the snap in glazing looks like is from the attached photos.

Images are the slot in the window and the remains of the 2 vent stops. The size of the slot is 1.0626 x .1875. Could you provide me which vent stops would work. I would like to open the new part bag and insert new stops. Thank you

Hello, my channel balance doesn't have a matching number. The # I have is 2340, can you help? I need two of each, now I can't decide if I need series 351 or 390,the length of the channel shoe is 1.093, measured with a caliper, so is it 1" or 1.125? Can you tell us what size would be the appropriate replacement? We already tried ourselves and got the wrong size!
