Hello, Our slider lock broke. One the side it says "32439 Hook up Align keeper". If think all we have to do is order the 82-229 mortise lock and use the same handle. Is this correct? Thanks

hello having issues with my internal lock. moving the handle up and down will not move the latch, it stays inside the housing. i have to pull the latch out and then when i move the handle it locks.
