House was built in 2004 by Mercedes Homes (Florida), I need to replace 2 non-tilt channel balances. Marking on side is: 29 9 FX CMC 7, they are 30" long (excluding feet)and 1/2" wide. Both feet have tabs/wings. Also, need 2 top window guides. One shown is 1-1/2" long and almost 5/8" wide where ... (cont.)

Missing these plastic guides on the sliding window. Four guides per window.

looking ot replace the vinyl glazing in a couple windows. Drawing with measurements attached. I have an old non-title window that the spring balance is broken. The problem I am having is the bottom of my balance has a flat shoe that is screwed to the bottom of the sash. I cannot find any that have that part. Can you help me??

Trying to find plastic guide tabs for hanging closet door. This tab slides into a slot at the the bottom corners of the door. Having trouble finding replacements for my broken window balances

I have just received my order for Patio Handle # 82-044. My screws are missing from my old handle. Do you have these screws or could you tell me the specs for the the two screws I will need to attach my new handle to my patio door. Thanks, Barry

the part you show looks identical but the latch shows opposite. is it possible they have left or right hand opening.

Can this KEYED HANDLE SET Product Code: 82-055K be used in a 1" thick sliding glass door? I see it is designed for a 1 1/4 " thick door. Also, I need for this to be able to lock from the outside, so keyed, but again, just 1" thick. Will it work?
