I am in need of 5 sets of these. The metal tube is 29 inches long. Where it screws in to window frame it is 3/8 of an inch wide. There is no red tip on part. I need the cost of this 5 sets and shipping to mobile Alabama address. Thanks.

Hi, I am looking for balances for an old window (around 1995). Apparently, the balances were removed or broke at one time and were discarded. The bottom sash weighs 5.8 lbs. Visible glass on the bottom sash is 15 in. Any idea which balance will fit? Thanks for your help.

I have 1997 Milgard single hung windows. I am looking for a part that I would call a sash glide or spacer. They clip on the sides of the sash to keep the window tight in the frame as it slides up and down. Tiny, plastic or nylon, about 1/2" high. I need several. Surely must be a common replacem ... I ordered 2 rollers number 81-158 on 9/25/2017. After installing them the door did not roll much easier than the old rusted rollers except they didn't occasonally 'catch'. What is the dimension of the Rosettes that go with the glass knob replacement set? Also, do any of the glass knobs have a locking ability for privacy?

My last picture shows a close match. The wheel dimension is what concerns me. The wheels I have measure 1/16 bigger than the ones on your catalog. Which I would actually like the wheel to be 1 1/4 O.D. Hope this is more help, hope to hear from you soon.
