Looks like# 380 series, but not as rounded. Also, have 2 different balances. Also need the top trim that attaches to the window. Am I taking on too much to try to replace weatherstrip? Thanks

Hi, I wanted to check if you have any set similar to the images that I have provided, I can easily buy another but different set, for other ones I have put a hole again. I see that you have inside handle similar to mine but do you have the complete set ?

I am missing the "keeper"? part that the lock hooks into. The smaller back piece. This is one sliding vinyl window with two locks, both missing that smaller back piece. See the second photo of a different window which has the "keeper," for comparison.

Can you tell from the attached photos if the color is dark bronze or just bronze? Can you tell from the attached photos if the size is correct? Is the 39-138 single arm crank available in bronze or clay? Is 39-114L the matching crank handle?

Hi, it looks like a pair of S385-13 channel balance would work for me but I have one concern. The metal part of the old balances measures 13 5/8" instead of an even 13". Is that enough of a difference that the 13" balances wouldn't work? Thank you!

Hello. I think I found what I need but just want to get a second opinion. The window only weighs 18lbs but it has a double coil. The lowest double coil you sell is for 22 lbs. S140-11. I have a latch & keep with this patent no.3.396.954 and 919213 .Witch needs replace .It is 1 3/4 inch from front to back. with the lock at center 1 1/4 is there a replacement for this?

I think this is Kolbe door, circa 2001-2002. The seal/gasket is brown. It needs replaced; it is torn and falling off the rail.
