is there a video on how to figure out what parts you need to replace and how to replace these parts for a thermal gard window that wont stay up any more

Hi can u tell me what is the correct dual or double coil balance support for the 15-177 shoe? The one shown in my pics doesn't seem to fit correctly. I need a double coil balance support for the pictures of the coils and shoe that I sent.

We have 9 double hung windows in our house. 5 out of the 9 will not remain open when you raise them. If you were to raise the bottom half of the window they would free fall shut if you let go of the window. Hi. I have MW (Dual, I believe) windows from 1991. One of my sash balances broke, possibly the cord. I can't figure out how to remove the sash and the vinal tracks that house the balance hardware. Can you provide some guidance as I don't want to break the tracks These windows are not tilt windows so ... (cont.)

Hello. I also have a Ryan home built in late 1995 with Patriot Series 2000 vinyl single hung windows. I need to replace the broken pivot shoes on at least three of them.
