My patio door handle locking mechanism is broken. Looking for a replacement door handle assembly. The patio door is installed by Patio Enclosures Inc., more than 10 years ago.

We are missing hinge pins from our storm door. We have no idea who the manufacturer is but the one pin we have measures 4 3/16" and the hinge is 2 13/16". Any suggestions. Thanks Donna

My sliding door is not fitted with a keeper and I have the a multi point latch lock without a slam button. The lock is 11" on center between the screw holes (i think similar to 82-259). I recently purchased Truth Stud Brackets (39-549 & 39-548) and Truth Operators (39-315 & 39-316), however i don't know how to connect them?

I am needing replacement Tilts for 13 windows and wanted to make sure I ordered the correct part. The home was built in 1994 so I wasn't sure if these were still available. I believe I have narrowed it down to 26-157 & 26-158.

The measurements of my shoe seem to match this part, however, my cam color is WHITE and there's BLUE in the back. Do the colors signify anything I should be aware of or can I just go by the measurements? (The window is a tilt Crystal Windows & Door System likely Series 2000A)

Should I be lubing the balance spirals regularly and if so with what?

I have a historic wood window in a house that cannot be reinstalled via weight, chain, pulley. I am looking for a spiral balance system for this window. It is a 39 inch sash for a double hung window.
