Hello, The pivot bars (left and right side) of the window broke when I pulled the window down to wash it. I am trying to order the parts as all the local glass shops around won't help. Let me know if this is possible or if the parts are identifiable by the pictures.

The interior handle opens by pushing out and also by pushing down. The spring tension when you push out is gone. this allows the handle to not be latched.

Roller is damaged. I will move it to the top of my screen, but not sure it would not cause the top to stop rolling instead of the bottom.

Hi, I was looking for a replacement balancer channel for milgard single hung window non tiltable. The channel without the nylon ends measures 21". The windows weighs about 12.1lb. I see there a option for 8-12 lb, 12-15 lb.I was kinda unsure which one to choose. Does that make a great difference? ... (cont.)
