This image has the serial number and the little grey standoff on the bottom is what is on the top and bottom of each hinge. They have worn down such that the door sags and won't catch the latch. Need new washer/standoffs for the hinges.

The image 1229 is missing a part that is on the opposite side of the window depicted with image 1228. The third image 1230 shows the overall window.

I need the cover plates for the side of the window not used in the crank. The dimensions are 13/16 x 5 5/8 I need 14 total. Thanks.

I need to replace this door handle for my storm door.

I'm looking for the replacement hardware to attach to the top of my storm door window. It is plastic material and attaches to the top of the glass storm door window with a screw. The channel balances in this window are sticking and hardly moving. The markings on them are 20 5. I've also included a picture of the sticker on the bottom of the sash. Multiple T-head pivot bars (see photos) have failed in my MI Windows Series 350. These bars are 3" long, and the holes have THREADS for machine screws. I found some T heads that were close measurements, but had no threads in the holes for mounting.

I am trying to locate a replacement window opener, but am having a hard time locating one. I have forwarded a picture. Dimensions are 4" x 1.5" x 5/8". The arm is 9" from its pivot point in the mechanism. The rest is mounted into a slot cut out of the window frame.

The clips included with the suggested replacement that attach to the window itself are completely different. They do not have a flat base and cannot attach to the window in the same way as the original. The original window attachment is on the top of the attached photo, the replacement, (the shiny ... Can you suggest a replacement part for a channel balance, 1/2 inch diameter 19 inch long tube with red end spiral balances originally installed in 1972 in Alenco non tilt aluminum windows. The window is from home depot. I ordered the parts a couple times, but they keep sendind the wrong ones. You can see in the picture the new one that they sent me, and the old one that i need.

Here is a picture of the tilt latch I need. It's dimensions are 1 5/16 x 11/16 x 3/8. The dimensions of Product Code: 26-420 seem right, but the overall design is a bit different. Do you think it would work? If not, do you have any other ideas? Thank you, Lynn

Hello. I am repairing awning windows in 8 rental units and I need help in identifying the necessary parts required. I've attached several pictures. I believe the cranks needed are 39-017 right and 39-016 left. I will need 34 cranks and the ancillary parts you recommend.
