I have a couple of Alenco windows since 2000, the rollers is not good any more, like to buy the parts to replace them. I checked the size, should be 87-203.

Hi, we are in search of window grille/grid clip replacement clips. Per our measurement, the inner portion of the clip from edge to edge is 13 &1/16th inch. The full size from outer edge to outer edge is 1 inch. Thank you!

This piece broke . It it's at the bottom of the top window and goes into sash

I have attached a picture of two sash guides. The one on the left is the original hard white plastic. The one on the right is the clear nylon replacement I got. This is from a JW patio door. If you look at pic it has PAT# 6.264.252 & 5.820.170 it's on the side I measured from top to bottom cover it's 11 1/2 and from screw to screw 11 inches.

I am looking for the plate that has a hole in it that this crank operator goes through on an interior screed door

Replaced corners from home Depot and everytime I try to open the screen door it try to bend the frame at the opposite corners while opening. Tried to adjust the wheels at the bottom and top but no luck. Please help.

We need to find replacements for all 4 cranks on our window. On the plate of the crank is the number 40471, the short arm has then number L30841. Both have the word Truth on them. The original number of our window is CCA30BW3W5W

The door latch in the photos has a small spring inside that has broken. It is from my Kolbe an Kolbe sliding patio door, which was installed in 1992. It appears I can reuse the brass setback plate that fits in the mortise by unscrewing and replacing the latch mechanism.

I have 12 non-tilting vertical sliding windows. All the same height. 10 are the same width and 2 are a bit wider, but mechanically the same design. I need new balances for my Blomberg single hung non tilt windows. Overall window is 34" x 53". Each sash is 34" x 26.5" double pane glass. I do not know what it weights. Hi. The stamp on the channel balance I need to replace says "25 4" which would seem to indicate your 2540, which is for a 19-25 lb window. I weighed the window, and it is 17.6 lbs.
