Would you please help me determine which part number to order. I am in need of the tilt window sash pivot bar. Thank you!

How loose is the lever part of the latch supposed to be in the piece? We have one lock in our house where the lever piece can be lifted right off the window mounting piece when the window is unlocked. Many others seem loose when you unlock the window and jiggle the lever. Is this normal? Is the le ... (cont.)

Hi, I need to replace this balance (I need 4 of them) but can't find exactly what I need. It's a 34" channel piece w/ a hemmed edge and I believe the window is about 20 years old. It looks like a 61 series but the end pieces are slightly different. The width of the top piece is 23/32" which is ... (cont.)

I am having trouble identifying my replacement part. I took one out and the number on it is P73 12#27 9 84 This is a double hung window and does not tilt in or out.

I am trying to replace a folding handle with cover. The truth folding handle with cover product code 39-376 appears to be a match. The metal rod extending up into the handle on the existing window is 1.8 cm or approximately .71 inches. Will the folding handle in your catalog fit my existing mechanis ... (cont.)

Can you tell me if you carry the related shoe to part #26-446 that isn't for a constant force coil ? Existing window has block & tackle sash balance. I'd like to repair just the shoe and pivot without having to retro fit a coil balance on top of it. Thank you, Cory

I have an Acorn sliding door and am in need of a handle set. This door may be 40 years old. It has the 3-1/2" c-to-c attachment dimension. But the door is 1-1/2" thick. Will the 82-055 work with longer screws?

These windows may have been Rockwell or Berber and Ross. They were installed in 2005. The windows are single hung model. I need to know the correct length for the spiral balance, pivot shoe and the other part that holds the window in place on the track.

The balance I have, measures 25" metal to metal , The stamp says 24 4 EJ , I am unsure which size to order it is a heavier window approx 30
