Looking for a replacement door sweep for 36 inch Stanley door purchased 23 years ago.

This is a pivot pin from an upper sash of a vinyl double hung windows. I don't know who the manufacturer is. Is there a know replacement for these?

I need additional versions of these in white. I have tried 3/8 inch handles but they are too large to fit the crank shaft. The shaft is toothed, and around 1/4 inch diameter. The windows are from 1986/87.
