Hello, I have several Semco double hung windows in need of repair. The knife lock shoes are broken and wedged in the jamb track. Cords that attach the shoe to the balance are either broken or the balance has failed and they have no tension. The jamb width is 3 5/8", the balance width is 3/8" . On ... (cont.)

My window was stuck and not able to open. After watching your tube, I am able to take out the window, however I don't know which part to order. I don't have another exact window to compare (the other one, channel does not shoot up, completely stuck). It's a different issue, I may send separate reque ... (cont.)

Casement window latch with fold down flap, 4”, two 1.5 “ holes. angular style, probably need one R and one left since an exact match is unlikely. No markings or part numbers. Light grey.

This is a part that holds the lower window to a corkscrew sliding thing inside a tube on either side of the window. It's 3" long, u-shaped with a small set screw to hold it in place about 1" in.

You sent me the balance (it's perfect) but I still need 2 parts. The first is the window latch to release the window The second goes on the end of the balance and is supposed to have a hook on the end. 2 1/2" long. I will need 2 of each part. Thank you, Teena

Moved into a condo with some old (20+ year old) awning windows that are broken. Seems like an easy fix but can't seem to figure out what the mechanism is to replace it. Any ideas??

Will your tilt latch replace this one? I can see the make or model of my windows but many of them have broken tilt latches.
