I have a engraved 22 5 bsi on my old balancer that needs to be replaced, is that the weight of 22lb?

I am replacing the spiral balances in some old non-tilt windows from 2002. The existing spiral balances are 3/8" diam, 30" length, with what appear to be a brown colored tip. THe door handles on 2 doors have broken. I dont know if the storm door replacement hatch is 40-052 or 40-053. The other door is a sliding screen door, of which, part of the handle is shown in the picture. Please help me find the right parts
