Attached is a picture of the existing awning window pivot shoe operator in one of my windows (Hurd 36"x 17 window). These are plastic and 2 broke. Plastic not strong enough and cant find. Do you have metal brackets that would work

They are 2 rollers that go on left hand side and right hand side

Thank you for your prompt response, there are no identifying numbers or any information on the handle. The problem with the handle is the inside latch does not fully move up or down . There is 4 inches btwn the 2 screws. I hope that helps you Thank you, Kathy K

I bought spiral balances for my windows and they are not holding up the windows. The originals were orange and that's what I got. I called earlier and I was asked to send in the weight . Storm door lock case is probably 15 maybe 20 years old. Looks a lot like Anderson/Emco lock cases. Only marking is GG 7/8". Looking for slide rollers (part name?) for Pella casement windows that are probably 30 years old. The windows are wood with a vinyl clad exterior. This part slides along with top and bottom window sash when you crank the window open. Any help is appreciated.

It's a center mounted drawer slide, and the part of the rail that screws on to the bottom of the drawer has a plastic part at the back end. It's a kind of T shaped piece that fits down into the bottom rail and helps lock the drawer into place, so it doesn't rattle or fall out of the rail completely ... (cont.)

Please advise me of the dimensions of 26243 and 26244 as they are not on yoursite. My Gentek latches are 5/8 inches by 2 5/8 inches not including the tooth.
