Hello, I have unknown brand windows in my home...but the 34" sash balances are marked "33 3 CO CALDWELL" The Sash are 34" wide x 35.5" high, and weight 20 lbs. Does that help identify which balance(s) I need? Maybe S330-34? Thank you

I see that the 26" Series 795 Channel Balance (S795-26) includes a pivot lock. Is it possible to get the balance with an open cam pivot lock instead of closed cam?
