What is a Nite Latch for sliding glass door locks?

Hi, could you please advise if you have the shoes pictured. I believe they are napco windows about 10 years old. Todd

These are the plastic clips that hold the storm or screen panel in place. There are two on each side and one on the top. The clips are 1/4" high from the bottom of the clip to below the little rim that surrounds the thumb screw channel. The clips were also made without the rim.

Hi we are missing a section from the top of our alcan window and the screws to attach it. It has been missing since we purchased the house. Do you have this part?

Hi, We ordered the 10-216 shower glides and installed them today. I'm attaching a photo to show that they slide back and forth away from each end of the door frame therefore causing the doors to rock on their ends. Are they suppose to somehow stay put on each end of the door frames? If so, can you ... (cont.)

Ordered S900-29 red tips recently and these worked perfectly. Came across a window in this job which was bigger and had 35 inch spiral balance with a gray tip. Do I order the 35 inch black tip?
