Hello, I am looking for some replacement rollers. I would prefer to have stainless if that is a option.

Do i need the inner lock or the latch? john

It's brittle from the sun and was falling apart as I was removing it to replace a broken glass. I need to purchase some, but can't figure out how to identify it by part number. I was unable to see any kind of brand name on the window fixture itself.

Please find attached a photo of the stampings on a broken channel balance. It appears to match your S385-28 replacement; however, I'm not sure of the correct sash weight option. I'm looking for a replacement sash lock similar to 90-278 but a bit deeper and with a dropped out center section. I've enclosed a couple shots of the broken piece for reference. I have 25 year old Marvin double hung windows. I need new channel balances for 3 windows. On the current balances the stamp is 20 P and 20 F on the 2 smaller windows and 20 with a bsl on the larger window. Can you help me find replcements? Thanks!

My typical double hung window channel balances are stamped labeled 28HDB, for the lower unit, and 28HD for the upper unit. Hi, I am in search of a window latch for a Florida Extruders International Milestone Single Hung Series 2000 window. The latches I have look like part 26-431P. Can you tell me the dimensions? The ones I have are 5 inches wide.

I want to replace the channel balances for my window that weighs approximately 25lbs. Do I need balances that are 25lbs each or is the weight divided with two 12-13lb balances?
