I need to replace the channel balances on 2 windows (4 per window for a total of 8). The only stamp on them is a 14- They measure 15" long. I haven't been able to find any that resemble the ones I have taken out so if you could steer me in the right direction i'd appreciate it.

Hello, I recently ordered some counterbalance parts and am in the process of repairing them. I did notice on one of them that the plastic cover that is over the coils has a piece that covers the bottom coil that has broken off. Can I buy the coil cover separately? What are my options. Hello, when we bought our home, the former owner (in her 80's) did not leave us keys for the storm doors. This lock set up is antique brass and has a separate deadbolt. It's approximately 26 in wide when closed. Crank came out. Do you know which operators would attach to the window like the current operator and not to the bottom of the window?

These are original to a house built in 2003. Can you help. Also, the are breaking off with part still between the window and frame, how can we remove that part? Thanks for the help.

One off my window locking plastics hinges has broken off as you can see in the picture. I don't know what you call it, but it supposed to hold the window metal rod in place when you lock it. Plastic part help the rod pull the window in when you push the locking handles down.

I am replacing 25inch and 29inch balances and can not find a weight stamp on the balances. The series 370 appear to be correct balance. My spiral balances on 7 tilt windows are plastic tubes and there is no tip. There is a circular guide in the channel (IMG_0226) that will slide in the channel.
