I'm looking for 2 replacement channel balances. There is a 28D number on the old part. They are 29" long. Please let me know if you have a replacement part. Thanks. George

I am trying to replace the balances on two windows. They have some faint markings that say "24-3 68(?) Caldwell". They are 5/8" deep and just slightly more than 5/8" channel width (11/16"?).

Good Morning, These are pictures of an older sliding glass door handles (inside,outside handles broke), locking mechanism broke. They are approximately 20 years old. We are having hard time finding the correct replacement. Thank you, Diana M

House built by Ryan Homes in 2008, windows are MW/Patriot. This is the bottom of the sash balance and its the same issue in approximately 8 to 10 of the windows where the plastic hook at the top has cracked and the balance no longer works, the springs are still good.

Can you tell me if your 95-230 is a good fit for Kolbe&Kolbe window screens? Also, do you have them in a red color. We bought our aluminum clad wood Kolbe windows in 2005 and this was a standard color then. Can you give me a price on 50 pieces. Regards, Dick

Hello again, when we bought our home, the former owner (in her 80's) did not leave us keys for the storm doors. This door is by Larson, has no serial number, but I believe it is their double beveled glass door. All of their new doors have the handle and lock together in one piece which we don't thin ... I do not see any identifying names on this mechanism. I am on the ocean and keep windows open all the time, so salt air and exposure make for rusted mechanisms.
