Need to re-glaze or find new vinyl trim to finish a new glass installation. A couple pieces on a previous install were damaged and would like to find enough to trim out both glass inserts. I ordered and received both the 83-115 screen door latch and 83-118 protector to replace. However, we cannot get the old latch out. It seems to be hanging up on something, Have watched your video several times but wont come out. Can you give us any help? Thank you

Having trouble with screen door jamming and jumping off the tracks.replaced lower wheels they seem ok. holes on upper tension springs are egged . can tension springs be replaced with wheels is there some sort of kit. what do I need to correct this. also the upper plastic trac is cracked ... Window weight 18.6 lbs. 2 coils are #4.0 35. 1 coil is # 3.0 35. I am the person with the 3 coil balance that should be a 2 coil per the weight. I have a triple coil balance but in fact when I look online it says I should order double. Please advise
