I need to find 8 corners and I have never seen these spring loaded ones before. No marking visible hope you can tell me about them and if you have them.

Hi. I need just the handle backing plate as shown. I have found the entire assembly on the web but I want to know if I can get just the backing plate? One of the screw location holes has broken off. Thanks.

I have windows that will no slide. The lock mechanism says "Superlite" but there is no other labeling on the window. Attached is a picture of the broken pieces I removed. Thanks, Johnny

I installed the balancers I ordered from you and they work much better. I would like a little more spring action, though. I have 8 more windows in my Florida room to repair. Should I order them with the 3430 spring option instead of the 3420?.

I believe the assembly P/N is 39-069 awning window lever operator, 20-1/2". Need to double check. Can you just replace the broken handle casting, or is the whole assembly needed?

The window balance has a black tip and the tube measures approx. 28 3/4 inches long and 5/8 inch tube OD... What should I use for the correct spiral counter balance??

The one on the right is clearly broken, but I'm not sure which one to replace it with? I have no idea what type of windows we have , but the home is almost 13 years old. Any suggestions??

The on I have is 7/16 across the top wide, The main body is 11/16 wide From the underside of the top of the body to the centerline of the hole is 3/4 The sideview depth is 7/16 notice the notch right under the top. I have Andersen double hung windows that do not tilt out. they are wood sashes with plastic guides in the frame. The spring balancers are broken. The cords are cut. Can you please help me identify the correct replacements. Thank you. Jon Sauser

The lock will not come out

The part is a metal roller on a Milgard screen door. See attached rusted picture. It looks almost identical to the one you sell Product Code: 84-016 except that mine has a hook on the end and yours has a closed loop. Vinyl or metal wheel fine with me. Thanks, Adam

Hello, I believe your Window Channel Balance, Product Code: S350-30, MAY work for my window, except I note that the wings on the plastic ends of your part are on opposite end parts from my own.
