I would like to know what is the tool I use to remove and charge a balancer for I think non tilt windows. What is a difference between tilt and non tilt windows?

Hi, On the channels, I found the markings, '21 4 JR Caldewell.' I measured the channels to be 1/2" by 22" (without accessories). There are no external marks on the small clip. It is approximately 2" wide, 3/4" tall, and 1 1/4" deep. The rest of the hardware on the casement window are all made by Truth (hinge set and operator). Thanks! Brandon

How do I find out what weight channels I need? Channel has 29 6 BX CMC 11 stamp Is S380-30 the correct replacement? The 19-005 and 15-005 seemed to match what I have. Thanks
