Hi, I used your site to get some replacement pivot bars (26-226) and they are perfect. However, I realized that those were only useful for the inner (lower) window. Hello, I have a Milestone Series 1000 fixed window. It would appear based on everything else that I would need 29" SERIES 380 CHANNEL BALANCE (2840). The issue I have is that the channel balance shoe measures 7/8 of an inch rather than 1 inch. Do you think it would work? Thanks, Bill ... (cont.)

This original window pivot says 530C on it. I bought a swisco 15-015 as a replacement, it is very similar and would work except the thickness of the pivot hole is shallower, and my tilt window falls out of it when fully mounted. I have 6 windows that have the balances broke and won't hold up the window. they are 29 inches long and have then number unique 28-B-20 17/04/97 and I am not sure if it is 380 or 385 I want to order 12 but don't want to get it wrong. Thank you very much Priscilla P

Hi I have a Traco window with 23DS 38 stamped on the window balances. I cannot find the balances on your site. Can I order them? Or can I make them from parts? I would need everything new but the springs. The Top piece is 19-041 and the bottom shoe looks like 15-004. Thanks Rick

Was changing a couple of channel balances in a window and notice the plastic take out clips were broken. Are their any plastic take out clips on your site or are we supposed to use the metal ones. It's a house built on 1984 with original windows. Thank you in advance

I need a door handle/lock replacement for milgard SGD-R15/SGD-R20 I've attached a pic of what I need and a picture of the sticker on the door. It's a sliding glass door.

My Simonton screen windows were ruined in hail storm and the screens need replaced. The corner braces (keys) are very brittle and some broke (they are probably about 20 years old) If we can match fit I will probably buy a quantity and replace all of them. The window is a CertainTeed twin casement and the lock handle has Truth 31401 stamped on the arm. The pictures are from the good side (left), the right side is broken where the handle and arm are connected inside.
