Hi do you have this style of glazing bead? This is for transom windows thanks

I recently spoke with someone from customer service who was going to attempt to find a replacement part (most importantly the spindle) in order to fix this door handle. She mentioned that she needed a picture of the door. Attached you will find two pictures.

Florida sun has made top sash guides brittle and balances are popping thru. The sash guides look like your part 18-180. Please confirm from the pictures if this is the part to order. Thank you

Markings on the balances are: 33 3 CO CALDWELL, and 33 2 CO CALDWELL

Channel is 30" by 1/2"....The only markings are K 2920....have no idea who the window manufacturer is. Need to buy replacements.

Which glazing bead would be a good choice to replace worn out glazing bead on my Jordan windows? Would it be possible to get it in gray?

I am looking for a replacement lock and handle. I have and estimated sizing of 3 3/4 from hole to hole. I have found a replacement lock but it doesn't fit in the opening.

The string on my balance broke and I am looking for a replacement. I cannot seem to figure out which would work best. It is 1/2" x 28". The markings say 2712 BSI RE. Can you please recommend a replacement?
