82-002 This product seems to be an exact fit for a customer's door. Unfortunately, his door is 2 inches thick, so the cylinder and hook bolt don't reach where they need to.

I believe the teeth inside the housing have been stripped and needs to be replaced.

Hello I have a Jeld-wen sliding door and the handle mechanism has failed. It is a double latch mechanism. I have attached pictures of the part in question. Do you have this part, or can you help me source one?

Broken locking mechanism of window

The attached pictures are for a Jordan window block and tackle assembly. The metal channel piece is 34" in length. Please help me identify the correct replacement part. Hello, We have Jordan windows that had been repaired before by previous homeowner, now we need to repair a few more windows. I believe the parts are called the channel balance. The pic attached is of a a clip that goes on the arms that extend out in crank out window. It attaches and slides along bottom of window as it's being opened. We need to replace snap on widow glazing that is located on the inside surface of our windows. The glazing snaps in between the window pane and the window frame. The glass lays flat to the window pane after installation.

I need the snap on trim exactly shaped like this one, but 1 size smaller, it is hard to measure this small item.
