Hi, I have a window where the side "spring" i would say is broken. Not sure what the technical term is but I cant seem to find it anywhere. It is a white cassette like part that is on both the right and left side.

Im trying to find the replacement part for my 1700J series single-hung Patriot Vinyl Window. I think it's the counter balance (LH side - looking at the window from inside the home). Hello, I'm trying to identify this top sash guide without much luck. I've tried the 18-009 which was close, the hole pattern is wrong. The clip has a 7/16" reduction that allows the guide to be approx 1/8" of Centerline of the window for the screws into the extruded channel. Any thoughts to g ... (cont.)
