Replacing balances for 6 windows that weight approx. 23 lbs. Current balance ID stamped" 26 5 HS Cauldwell". The balance is 27" long by 1/2" wide. I'm leaning toward the Series 385. We have Vinyl Terratone Andersen Casement windows, installed 1984. Hailstorm broke the parts shone in the attached picture. We need to replace these parts, but don't know what they are called. Any help appreciated. Window (glass) is approx 24 3/4 by 55 3/4.

Window slams down, will not stay up. I have removed the two aluminum cartrages on the each side of the window. I have a few broken vent pins (36-016) on my 50 year old windows. It appears that the pins were peened in place. Once I remove the broken pins how should I secure the new pins?

This is the mechanism that turns my windows open and close. The piece doesn't spin anymore. I can barely read the numbers on there, but here goes my guess. 1491-1201 or 1491-1206 or 1491-120B
