This part screws into the top of the window and stops the top of the channel balance. And holds it in the track. It has a flat top which I failed to take a picture of.

Hello, I have a Pulte home built in 2002. The casement window above the kitchen sink has a stripped gear that is going to eventually prevent it from opening. Can you help identify a replacement part?

Debris got caught in the track. Window was forced shut and the metal track bent on one end, snapped on the other. The end is labeled 8R

5.5 39" replacement balance spring for Siminton Window

Can I just replace this price? It looks like the washer gave out and this piece stuck inside door latch.

I have purchased a Ply Gem builder series 4880 double sliding glass door....didn't come with keyed cylinder, only an inside thumb turn lock. 1) Does Swisco offer a keyed cylinder lock that fits in the exterior pull. The pull is 1 3/8" deep and has a 5/8" punch out hole that looks like it is made for ... (cont.)

Looks like a Keller snap-in but nut sure. Appears to be approx 3/8 wide by 1/2 or 9/16 high. No markings that I can see. Thanks in advance for your help. Mark H

Hi I think I need the 26-119 tilt finger buttons for my windows!

here are some pictures of the tilt latch and the aama identification this is the only identification on the windows will need about 20 or 30 pieces, I am assuming there is a left and right.... but ill let you decide..
