BF Rich has closed and at least two of our windows have broken latches. Can we get replacements?

I am looking for window sash caps and have attached a photo of the cap along with the manufacturer code sticker found on the inside of the window track. Please let me know if you carry this item and know who the manufacturer is. Thanks

Sticker on window says 'Swisco'. Measurements of glazing material: smooth side - 11/16" side with jut-out - 3/4" distance to jut-out - 3/32"

Appears the each side of the balance "pin" (pin = the feature that hold the spiral in place at bottom of balance) is held in place by "hooks" manufactured into/inside the frame. The pin on the balance being replaced looks like its round/dowel like not "flat" pin shown on the series 500 image ... (cont.)

New shutters have my Awning window crank hitting the frame. I tried a Jalousie T handle in size 5/16 (too small) and 3/8 which now hits the housing instead.what can you recommend? Is there a T handle that will work. The windows are from 1978

The old mechanism didn't work, and I can't find a replacement. I need help with what kind to buy from you.The sash is 31 1/2 inches tall, the channels are 5/8 " wide and 3/4" deep. It weighs 10 pounds. The sash is shown in place and removed.

how much allowance should be taken from the cut for this type of corner. 1/4 of an inch?

I bought 10 clips #16-002 but returned them because they fell out of the holes. So I need the same clip as the take out clip # 16-002 except 1 1/2 inches long same 1/4 in. wide. Do you carrier those? Rick
