These are certainteed windows. I have three windows that need the shown. I trolled arm attachment that can be used with a telescoping pole adjuster.

Peachtree balances have #3072-1, Caldwell - BM imprinted on them. They are 1/2"wide and the metal part of the balance measures 32". The home was built 24 years ago. Can you tell me if you have balances that work on these windows?

I'm looking for this window lock.

The four, S377-19 (1820) balances of my order do not fit my window sash. They do not engage into the sash and simply come out. My existing balances are 18 1/2" long (metal section only), but the ones I received are 19". I checked the website again and the 18" series only have the four-digit number o ... (cont.)

I have NUAIR Windows and need new channel balances and guides. That being said I have one window that cannot be raised, one side will not move and have tried pry bar from outside and still will not move. Any suggestions as must raise to replace parts. I have some channel balances with the number 1620, 2820 and 2420. Would these be the same as your S377? I also need some of the nylon parts that go in the top of the window that hold down the channel balance.

The lockingredients knob broke off. The door was made by the Atrium Door Company. I need the correct locket replacement and was told your company may be able to help.

The holes for the handle are 3 15/16 in. apart. The cut on the door for the snip is at the center of the handle, about 1.5 in long. the door width of the patio door is about 1.5 in.

I am trying to find replacement pivot shoe and pivot balance bar as well. The measurements of the pivot shoe is 2 inchs in length X 1 inch wide X 1/2 inch width. I have this 2000 park model trailer with a sliding glass entry door. The lock is getting difficult to work now. Single roller with 1-1/4" roller. could not find any other markings except on the glass - "3/16 U Permaglass tempered safety USA Z97-1-1966". So, my guess is Circa 1966? Any help is much appreciated.

I have narrowed down the balance to the S385 27 inches model. However, the option goes as far 2670 whereas on my old balance the printed index says 2690 29. Can you please help identify the right model from your selections? Thank you.
