Have a window that measures 52" wide x 32" tall. It is missing the balancer rods thanks to my goofy tenants. There are no markings and I was hoping that you may know what kind of window it is. Only marking on balance appears to be the letter "A" stamped on the back of one of the parts. Window sash is 31" wide by 33.5" tall and weighs 20.1 lbs (weighed it with luggage scale).

We have some older K&K windows and the cylinder that opens combines with the wheels to crank open the windows no longer works in most of them. I was wondering if you can just buy that replacement cylinder rather than buying the complete arm insert.

The handle and latch mechanism for my front Cole Sewell storm door has failed. Normally, the handle is at a 9 o'clock position when the door is closed. the two window lifts clip broke had a tough time removing the window. i need the clip that holds the window lifts in place. also the two window clasp / handles broke. the two silver clasps are out but i still have them. the window decal should be able to identify the window type thanks ... (cont.)
