Hello, 1. I need lock/unlock type shoes for single hung vinyl windows. The shoe is 1 and 3/16 inch wide. It is 1/2 inch deep. I don't know the malefactor, but may be Glen-Wen. The balancer I have is stamped 17 B with B.S.I. initials. The balancer measures very similar to your S385-18 but does NOT have the wings
