what are the differences in the different anderson knife latches you sell. Just the tab you pull?

I' m trying to find some Tie Bar guides for a HURD Casement window. Can you please help me out?

I am a Handyman, trying to fix this window for my customer. There are no markings on the window and, it is not frozen or painted shut. It looks to be a standard window with standard parts. Old windows, unknown brand - 28" slider piece that goes vertically on each side of the double hung window. Need 7 of these

piece from each side of the window frame that receives the window fastener. I have photographed two different pieces here but they appear to be completely interchangeable. I need 40 of them.

The metal pin at the top of the window is inserted into the plastic gadget at the bottom and this allows the window to stay up when you push it up. I have attached a couple pictures

I need help identifying the correct replacement window balance for two different non-tilting window balances. They are both Caldwell brand. Your 82-076 patio door handle set is exactly what I need, except my handle set has a key lock. You don't show the exterior. Is it keyable? Can a key cylinder be added?

I ordered 4 - S180-5 for my Traco windows but I'm not sure they are the correct weight after comparing the new one with the old coil. We are in search of a replacement keeper--you have the most extensive selection we've seen, but we are having a lot of trouble finding one like this. These are being used at an apartment complex where we do maintenance. There are only two mounting holes, and the keeper is very simple, but any of the ... (cont.)
