The piece is missing a little nub for the lock to sit on. 31980 is stamped on the piece. It's held on with 3 screws and is approximate 1 7/16 inches. This is off a hurd window.

Hello! I have a broken window latch. Are you able to assist in the correct part I should purchase?

The only thing marked on the balance is 32 3? I believe the 385 series is the proper end attachments

The latch ( light colored) was spring loaded. Closing the door would latch on by itself. Now it won't latch and needs to be manually raised to keep shut. Need suggestions on replacing. thank you

There are 4 small rubber guides on the moveable sash that keeps it aligned. They are in a slot at each corner of the metal window up against the jamb to keep it aligned side-to-side when sliding it up and down..
