Hi, i believe i have this same type of Pivot Pin and need to order quite a few but i noticed some windows seem as if the pins are not able to reach the shoe. Its almost as if the window frames some how got further away making the pivot bar and shoe not able to be inserted if that makes sense. ... (cont.)

Several of these plastic "stops" have broken in the window frame of my milgard windows. Please see attached. Not sure of what the correct name is for the part, but they appear to be used as stops for the window balancer. This particular balancer is the 31-6. Thanks. Bill

As shown in the photograph, the spring coil snapped. The sliding part of the window is double glaze and weigh just a little under 16 pounds. What will be the correct parts for both shoe and coil? Thanks.
