I need a left 39-031 with a step up instead of a step down. Do you have these? Also need the equivalent in za right hand version.

Hello, Our window installer told us these were Farley windows. The tilt latchs are breaking on alot of the windows. If you could tell us what parts to order that would be much appreciated.

Traco 9L and 2R tilt latches
