20 year old vinyl windows sash balance and t-shoe were broken trying to open window. Serial number on the balance is 33C and it is 33" long with a metal clip on nylon string at the top of the sash frame.

Just need help finding this part if they make it anymore need two bearings are shot in both.

I cannot find these glazing strips anywhere. They are 3/4 x 1/2" and the barb is 3/8 of an inch deep.

The balance length is exactly 25.5" long, it was manufactured by Milgard, the stamp on it says "25DS 36" I believe it's a series 380 as it looks exactly the same Thank you
