Looking for the pieces that attach the sill to the spiral balance. The balances look fine but the sash is missing the connectors

Is there a identifying tag or number somewhere on the window? They were installed in 1998. I have a window with two broken tilt latches on the bottom window.I am not sure which one is the correct replacement. They are 2 3/4 " long. I have included a picture of the latch.

Do you see the part in the attached photo?

Hi, Some of my window coil balance covers are broken, the spring exposed and the assembly seems blocked the tilt latch, so I can't move the sash up all the way without un-latch the sash. The thickness of the balance (I have ordered one from you, 9/16") seems need one less than 1/2". Any suggestions? ... (cont.)

Plastic clip broke off aluminum window

Some of my storm windows have broken guide pins that need replacement. I don't know the manufacturer. The storm windows were installed almost 20 years ago. The frames are black metal.

Attached are 5 pictures of my slide latches. The number 813 is stamped on one Which also appears to be an L stamped just below the circle. I gather that means left. the attached are pictures of the counter balance that was in a 30 inch window. I need a pair of these and also a pair of balances for a 36 inch window, same style, that doesn't have the old balances in the windows, so I can't look at them. Fenestra casement window handle. I previously ordered 2 5/8 handle that does not fit and is being returned. Looks like I measured wrong and should have 2 3/8 handle. Sending photo for confirmation of size and requesting recommendation for handle, a "neutral" handle would suffice. ... (cont.)
